Thomas Rhett turned to his faith during his acceptance speech at the CMT Artists of the Year show. When it was his turn in the spotlight, Thomas asked the crowd if it was cool if he prayed for his friend Kane Brown who lost his drummer this past weekend in a tragic car accident. If you missed it, you can watch it here….

Thomas also took the stage and performed a song he wrote for his wife Lauren called “Dream You Never Had.” It’s one of my personal favorites off his latest album.
