Denver, CO — Dierks Bentley, Zac Brown Band, Rascal Flatts, and Morgan Wallen all have a song writer in common, Niko Moon. But beyond helping other iconic artists produce hits, Moon has some of his own.

If you’re not familiar with the 2018 FIFA World Cup song, “The Bravest”, it was kudos to Moon among others. The song is created by Sir Rosevelt, a. group created by Moon, consisting of Zac Brown and Ben Simonetti. Three years later, in 2019, Moon signed a recording contract with Sony Music Nashville imprint RCA Nashville.

Niko Moon’s newest EP is unique in it’s innovative style. His site describes his style as, “… a judiciously layered synthesis of his Georgia roots, pairing Atlanta-bred hip-hop and rural-fed traditional country, two genres that were considered incompatible not that long ago.”

Contextually, before his highly attributed producing, Moon’s music dates back to his days of playing the drums along side his father. These are elements he continues to implement into his sound.

“If my life was to have a sound, this is it,” Moon’s site quoted him. “The way I think of it is bass and drums is Atlanta, and everything above it is Douglasville.”

Further, named Songwriter of the Year at SESAC Nashville Music Awards, Moon has staked his claim on Billboard’s Emerging Artists chart at No. 1. He reached No. 20. on Billboards Hot 100 with Track “Good Time”

Now, KYGO is giving you the chance to see Niko Moon in action this weekend, July 1st. Tickets here.
