The KYGO Pet of the Week: Machu

Hello Everyone! My name is Machu, but I go by Roxy. I am a 1 year old Shepherd Mix. You might remember me from last year when I came in as a stray to MaxFund with my sister. Now I am back to find my furever home.

Everyone here will tell you that I am the sweetest girl around! I am very gentle but don’t let that fool you. In my playgroups with other dogs here at MaxFund I can absolutely hold my own. Unfortunately I was not socialized with other dogs with my previous family, so I have a few things to relearn about hanging out with four legged friends, but I do very well with all the dogs here at the shelter.

My favorite activities are playing fetch with tennis balls and frisbees. I am quite young and full of puppy energy, so I will need lots of playtime and a yard to run around in. I walk well on a leash, but I am still working on some of my manners, so I want to continue my training with my new family to become the best canine citizen I can be. I love to meet new people, and cannot wait to meet you!
