The KYGO Pet of the Week: Dumplin’
By Austin Satkowiak on December 11, 2020
**Due to breed restrictions, I cannot be adopted out to a home in Denver, Aurora, Commerce City, Louisville, or Lone Tree**
How’s it goin’? My name is Dumplin’, and I’m a 4 year old, mixed breed, bundle of joy! I was brought into MaxFund as a stray dog and I’ve been here, chillin’, ever since!
When I first came in, I was really confused and somewhat afraid, so I wasn’t getting along with other dogs at all and I was very picky about thepeople I wanted to be with. Since my arrival, I’ve done some training with MaxFund humans to relax a bit and become more comfortable. I’ve really grown into my personality, and I am a fan favorite here! I’m super sweet and cuddly, but also energetic and I love to play whenever I can.
I am a big girl, weighing in around 60lbs, and I don’t quite know that I’m that big. I move my muscular body around all the time (for fun ofcourse) but for this reason, I wouldn’t be able to go to a home with kiddos. I would also prefer to be the only animal in the home. I’m still not a huge fan of other dogs and people tell me I’d probably chase cats around. I just want all the dang attention!
If my cute photos haven’t done enough, come on down to the dog shelter and let my smile charm you in person! Please call the dog shelter at 303.595.4917 to make an appointment. Just ask for Dumplin’!!
