The Colorado Rockies have set a celebration date for new Hall Of Famer, Todd Helton

The Colorado Rockies have done a lot of celebrating of Todd Helton over the years, but this one will be extra special… The team has set a date to celebrate the “Toddfather” becoming the second Rockies player to get inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame.
Yesterday (Jan. 23) it was announced that Helton would be one of three players to get inducted into the Hall of Fame on July 21.
The Rockies didn’t waste anytime in deciding a time to throw a little party to celebrate the huge moment in franchise history, either. The team announced today that the celebration will take place on Aug. 17 at Coors Field during the game against the San Diego Padres. King Soopers will also give the first 30,000 fans in attendance a Todd Helton bobblehead.
