Snow is Headed to Denver on Friday – Here’s What to Expect
By Shawn Patrick on January 24, 2024
After all the cold we had last week, I was kind of hoping not to use the word snow or cold again in an article, but here we are…
Snow is likely in the Denver area on Thursday night and Friday morning, but it probably won’t accumulate to much or have major impacts.
Our partners at 9News say, “a storm system will stay south of Colorado as it moves through on Thursday and Friday, but it could draw up just enough moisture to lead to some light snow for parts of the Denver area and northeastern Colorado on Friday morning.”
An inch or less of accumulation is expected for most of the metro area, most of it likely falling overnight Thursday into Friday morning.
