In case you were wondering, it sure looks like Peyton Manning is planning on calling Denver home for the long-term.

The former Denver Broncos quarterback could’ve ditched town after his time with the team came to an end, but chose to stay, and now he is putting down even more roots!

Manning spent $5.3 million last month to buy the house near his 16,000-square-foot Cherry Hills Village mansion.

According to Arapahoe County property records, Wahoo Properties LLC bought the 3,582-square-foot home in the 3900 block of South Colorado Boulevard from the Beverly A. Clark Living Trust on Sept. 20.

A source close to Manning said the purchase is a business, not a personal transaction, and he does not plan to move into the home or tear it down to build onto his current mansion.

Wahoo Properties LLC also purchased a seven-bedroom, 8.5-bath mansion on the same block for $4.6 million in July 2012 when Manning joined the Broncos.
