Keith Urban From Nothing

It’s almost hard to think of Keith Urban as anything but a country superstar, but he too had to start somewhere. That somewhere for Keith, a luggage carousel at an Australian airport! He says, “you learn a lot about performing in front of a crowd,” as he stood on top while peoples luggage circled around.  That has got to be one of the strangest gigs we have heard about, but we are so glad that it happened! Keith Urban has come such a long way and we as fans, couldn’t be happier.

Thomas Rhett, 3 Kids and a Marriage

“Life Changes” indeed! Country artists all over have been discussing what is keeping their marriages healthy during the pandemic and Thomas Rhett is giving credit to the kids. Of course, Thomas and Lauren admit they have had their ups and downs and even admit to marriage counseling but having 3 amazing daughters keeps them pretty busy. The couple says, “it’s the little things,” like rolling the windows down on long car rides or even bath time with the little ones that bring them even closer together.

Nicole I’m Home…

Nicole Kidman just landed a role in an upcoming movie portraying the late, Lucille Ball! Fans all over are criticizing the casting, but hubby Keith Urban is extremely supportive of his wife. He says that they have been binge watching ‘I Love Lucy’ constantly to get the role just right! The biopic, “Being the Ricardos,” hasn’t got a release date quite yet, but has already started filming. Hopefully we will all be able to watch the Nicole’s transformation real soon.

It’s a Flop

The 56th ACM awards just happened this last Sunday and was a pretty good show. Viewership, however, was not that great. As a matter of fact, this was the worst rated awards show in history, bringing in only 6.3 million viewers. To put it into perspective, last years ceremony which held the record for the least rated until now had 6.8 million viewers. It could be a sign of the times, life during a pandemic, or it could just be that people aren’t that in tune with celebrities getting awards anymore.
