Mac & Cheese and Grilled Cheese Restaurant Coming to Denver

Love cheese? Who doesn’t! A new lace coming to Denver is bad for New Year’s resolutions, but great for cheese lovers!
A restaurant all about macaroni and cheese and grilled cheese sandwiches, I Heart Mac & Cheese, will open its first location in Denver on Wednesday, Jan. 11th.
The Denver spot will be at 8801 East Montview Boulevard, joining their Highlands Ranch location that opened in 2020. A Colorado Springs location is also planned.
I Heart Mac and Cheese features customizable, made-to-order macaroni and cheese bowls and grilled cheese sandwiches.
