Country music fans saw an incredible performance in Kansas on Saturday (June 22) and it wasn’t Jason Aldean.
Severe weather pummeled fans waiting to see Jason Aldean perform at Country Stampede in Topeka, Kansas. At one point, lightning strikes right behind the stage – sending attendees fleeing for cover.
When it was clear that Mother Nature wasn’t going to let up, organizers canceled Aldean’s performance.
Due to severe weather conditions and continued lightening in the area, tonight’s show with @Jason_Aldean has been canceled. The safety of attendees and crew always comes first.
