Time to ramp up your basic Cheeseball Appetizer and I’ve got the perfect way. It all starts with soaking your craisins in a big bold flavor ~Tracy 
 
Ingredients:
 

1/2 cup Craisin soaked for 2 hours in 1/4 whiskey 

1 8oz brick softened cream cheese 
1/4 cup Parmesan 
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup good cheddar cheese 
1/4 cup chopped green onion
1/4 tsp cayenne 
1 tsp minced garlic 
3/4 cup pecans toasted then chopped 
 
On parchment paper or form in to an imperfect ball. Refrigerate for about an hour, then form in to a proper shape and roll the Cheeseball in the chopped pecans.
