Savory Shaved Brussel Sprouts

  • 1 to 1 ½ Pounds of Brussel Sprouts
  • 1/4 Cup Balsamic Vinegar 
    • 1/4 Cup Real Maple Syrup 
    • 8 slices Cooked Turkey Bacon (Cut Into Bite Size Pieces)
    • Pinch of Kosher Salt 
    • Pinch of Pepper 
    • 1/4 to 1/2 Teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Onion Powder


Thinly slice the brussel sprouts

Heat Vinegar and Syrup until it reduces and becomes thicker

Drizzle olive oil into large pan

Sauté until Brussel sprouts are browned

Add turkey bacon and top with balsamic-syrup mixture
