Ingredients:
- 8 Bone-In Chicken Thights with Skin Removed
- Hefty Bunch Of Fresh Sage
- Garlic Cloves To Taste
- Kosher Salt
- Drizzle Of Olive Oil
- Coarse Black Pepper To Taste
- Zest Of One Lemon
Directions:
Dry Chicken With A Paper Towel
Rub Both Sides Of Thighs with Sage Garlic Dry Rub
Process Until Sage Has A Wet Looking Texture
Top With A Drizzle Of Olive Oil,Coarse Black Pepper, Zest Of One Lemon
Grill On Medium Heat 12 Minutes Each Side
