  • 8 Bone-In Chicken Thights with Skin Removed
  • Hefty Bunch Of Fresh Sage
  • Garlic Cloves To Taste
  • Kosher Salt
  • Drizzle Of Olive Oil
  • Coarse Black Pepper To Taste
  • Zest Of One Lemon

 

Directions:

 

Dry Chicken With A Paper Towel

 

Rub Both Sides Of Thighs with Sage Garlic Dry Rub

 

Process Until Sage Has A Wet Looking Texture

 

Top With A Drizzle Of Olive Oil,Coarse Black Pepper, Zest Of One Lemon
