I’m a Colorado native and I couldn’t imagine living anywhere else! And apparently, there are a lot of people who agree.

Denver reclaimed the #2 spot on the “Best Places to Live 2019” list by U.S. News & World Report. Last year, Denver was bumped to #3 by Colorado Springs. This year, Colorado Springs ranked #3 respectively.

There are many factors considered when compiling the top 25 list including: value, market desirability, job market, net migration and quality of life. Other considerations include: public surveys, data from government agencies like the U.S. Census Bureau, FBI and Bureau of Labor Statistics.

The #1 spot was claimed by Austin, Texas.
