Chicago Meteorologist’s EMOTIONAL Reaction to the TOTAL ECLIPSE.

Everyone who saw the solar eclipse earlier this week reacted with awe, but no one was more impressed than Chicago meteorologist Tom Skilling who traveled to Carbondale, Illinois to witness the momentous occasion.
