Brantley Gilbert And Wife Set To Welcome Daughter This Fall

Brantley Gilbert and his wife, Amber, are expecting their second child, a girl, in September. People reports that their son, 16-month-old son Barrett Hardy-Clay, joined the couple in a recent gender reveal party where they pulled a string on a box above their heads and pink balloons, balls and confetti rained down on the family.
Brantley was very emotional upon learning the big news. He told People, “Oh, I cried! I was so sure it was a boy. I wasn’t ready for it to be a little girl — and man, when it was! I just wanted a healthy, happy baby, but a little girl means a whole other deal.”
He added, “I am just mush with Barrett, but I’m getting to where I’m okay letting him tough it out. I think a girl is going to be a whole new level of everything, and I’m ready. I already know she’s gonna own me, and that’s okay.”
Brantley continues climbing the charts with “What Happens In A Small Town,” a duet with Lindsay Ell.
