A Dairy Queen favorite is finally coming back to Colorado locations

I don’t normally get wrapped up in the uproar when a fast food joint discontinues an item, like when Taco Bell does it with their Mexican Pizza or McDonald’s with the McRib. However, I did find myself really sad last year when Dairy Queen discontinued my favorite treat ever, the Cherry Dipped Cone.

In response to demand from fans, Dairy Queen has brought back its Cherry Dipped Cone for a limited time after discontinuing it last year. The fan-favorite is back at select stores now, including most in Colorado.

The fast-food chain, known for its wide array of frozen treats including Blizzards, also offers other dipped cone flavors like Chocolate and Confetti Cake.

Alongside the Cherry Dipped Cone, Dairy Queen also has limited-time treats for St. Patrick’s Day – the Under the Rainbow Shake and the Mint Brownie Blizzard Treat.
