$28.9 Million Listing Could Be the Most Expensive House Ever Sold in the Denver Area – Check it Out

Denver Broncos quarterback Russell Wilson and his wife, Ciara, set the high-water mark in residential sales in the Denver area with their $25 million purchase of a home in the Cherry Hills neighborhood south of Denver on April 1. That record could be broken by a home in the same neighborhood soon…

The home at 4001 E. Quincy Ave. was first listed for $25 million, but recently raised to its current price of $28,888,888.

The house, which will be completed later in the fall will come complete with five-bedrooms and eight-bathrooms spread across 13,798 square feet. There are also main floor views that overlook the entire property and the 75-foot outdoor pool. A large common area upstairs that was designed for kids and features its own exterior balcony and two bedroom suites. Other features of the home include an elevator and four fireplaces, including one outdoors. A home theater, wine room and outdoor kitchen.
