103-Year-Old Woman Oldest To Beat Coronavirus

Zhang Guangfen, a 103-year-old woman has become the oldest person to beat the novel coronavirus and return home, according to the Independent.

Guangfen is going home after spending only six days in a Wuhan hospital. The Chinese city was the epicenter of the novel coronavirus outbreak.

Dr. Zeng Yulan told reporters that Guangfen’s quick recovery was a product of her not having underlying health conditions aside from mild chronic bronchitis.
